We have expanded in order to offer you not only the best in Personal Training, Classes and Therapy - as usual - but in addition Well-Fit now has:

Well-Fit and Well-Fixed Kit shop

We are now based in the old Bromsgrove Motor Factors building in Station Street in Central Bromsgrove. We have a large car park opposite the gym and the entrance to Reception is through the door on the left of the building as you face it.

We have a HUGE reception area with plenty of seating so you can come in and catch up with everyone beflore your class or training session.

We will be selling coffee and possibly more exciting things - who knows!

In one area of the Reception we will have a small shop area stocking well-fit clothing and goodies plus well-fixed bits and pieces like supports and ice packs etc.

There is now no excuse for not training at a time to suit you as our Opening Hours are much longer:

0600-2200 Monday-Thursday
0600-2000 Friday
0800-1800 Saturday
0800-1300 Sunday
