Well-Fit Studios
Hi guys well let’s explain it all to you here goes:
The Sweat Studio is the largest of all three studios and is predominantly for the classes which involve a lot of movement and the majority of running around, moving your hips and lifting dumbells and barbells up and down until your heart and lungs are content.
The Stretch Studio is less intense than the Sweat Studio and has been designed to create a slightly more, shall we say relaxing, environment for those of you who can understand the benefits of stretching and strengthening that all important core and want to keep injury free. If you are rehabbing an injury this is also the best place to head. It does not mean, however, you can have a rest or go to sleep on us. These types of class, if you have never tried them, can be very hard work so don’t forget the stretch studio if you want to keep injury free and improve your posture.
We finally have one! It’s the Spin Studio this is quite literally going to add to the revolution, (get it).
Any way find your way up the stairs to a class that will usually last for 45 minutes, make you sweat and your heart rate rise and fall in true interval training fashion. It will not only do this for you but will fill your ears with the most inspiring tunes making this spin experience the ride of your life.
Enjoy the spin studio it’s been a long time coming (two and a half years) but it will definitely have been worth waiting for.
