The Well-Fixed sports injury treatment rooms are the first place to go if you unfortunately find yourself injured. Fran and her experienced team are there to give you professional advice and hopefully fix your injury so you can continue to lead a Well and Fit life. The team have the ability to strap or tape an injury if need be and are also regarded as one of the best places to go for a deep tissue sports massage.
Rather than waffle on forever about various sports injuries or occupational injuries you may or may not have the best advice i can give you is this.
If you think you are injured or your body feels like it is not in homeostasis then you are probably the best judge. Come and see Fran or one of the sports injury specialists and get it sorted. Life is way too short to be in pain and not living life to the max.
