Core
People have begun to use the word ‘Core’ to describe the abdominals and the torso. It is based upon the anatomical
understanding of the body's musculoskeletal system. The exercises that activate core muscles are extremely varied. These exercises focus on a specific area, however exercises are used that involve the whole kinetic chain. This helps restore and re-educate the musculoskeletal system in its entirety and at the same time give you a stronger back and torso and hopefully a great set of abs.
