New Starters
If you're a new starter, gyms can look scary places (unless you're a serial gym go-er that is!).
Anyhow if you're new, then the best thing we can suggest is to try as many suitable classes as possible and see which ones you like most and which instructors best inspire you. We've listed those in this section to give you a start.
Once you have got into a great routine the benefits from the exercise will come thick and fast. If you ever need help at all there will always be a Well-Fit Bod around somewhere who will be more than happy to give you some great advice.
