Stretch

Stretching or flexibility training is critical for every individual from athlete to OAP. If you want to keep healthy, injury free and improve your overall performance, from athlete to just the recreational exerciser then you must, must, must keep flexible by stretching or having regular sports massage.
It may be that you attend one of our awesome yoga classes, go to Bodybalance weekly or get one of our superb personal trainers to show you the benefits of using a foam roller.
Just remember if you have also had an operation and have remaining scar tissue then you will most definitely need to keep the scar elastic and flexible.
