Well-Pumped™ is a 60 minute class using barbells and free weights in choreographed routines to get those muscles lean and toned as well as reducing body fat.

The class focuses on each key muscle group in turn, for example chest, legs, biceps - and each exercise is designed to work you to your maximum.
