Courses
We offer courses in some of our more specialied areas of training. This is because, unlike most of our classes, we need to ensure you start with the correct basic technique and build on that gradually over the weeks. For example with Pole FItness you need to learn how to grip and climb the pole before moving onto more advanced moves and it would get frustrating for existing class members to have to spend half of every class with the instructor showing how to do this because someone new had turned up.
For CrossFit technique is paramount to ensure you can quickly progress to training safely with increasing weight, and to pick up some of the gymnastic moves.
These courses fall outside of our Monthly and Pay as You Go tariffs and should be booked on and paid for directly at Reception. Prices can be found either on the specific course page or by phoning Reception.
