Group Training Sessions

> Want to try something EXCITING and NEW that no other gym in the area offers?
> Want to get LEAN and GAIN STRENGTH?
> Enjoy training in small groups?
> Want to push yourself to your full potential?
> Want pay-as-you-go training?

At Well-Fit we have four Level 1 Certificate Trained CrossFit trainers (Fran, Woollsey, Jane and Adam) who will teach you new movements and push you to your fitness goals whatever they may be.
If you think you are too old or not fit enough just ask some of our current CrossFit Well-Fitters who 6 months ago couldn't do one press up; now they are performing handstands, squats, deadlifts, sprints and using kettlebells - one of our CrossFitters is a 74 year old grandmother so no excuses about being too old !
You will train in a small group and learn new exercises and perform different workouts every week.

So, if you feel like reaching your full fitness potential here’s what to do.

  1. Call Reception 01527 835978 and book onto one of the CrossFit Foundation Courses which will be run by one of our CrossFit Trainers
  2. Turn up for your session and embark on the journey to becoming the most amazingly fit, well and healthy individual you have ever been
  3. Continue your journey by attending regular CrossFit Group Training sessions - now even better value if you buy a block of sessions!

To book on contact Reception

You MUST do the Foundation Course first - All CrossFitters must complete and show competance at the 9 fundamental movements within CrossFit foundation classes. Upon doing so the instructor will sign off each individual enabling them to attend any classes on the CrossFit timetable. There are no exceptions to this as we need to ensure all participants are trained in the key exercises before embarking on the group training sessions.

Minimum 3 people per class
Maximum 8 people per class

CrossFit has been designed to be broad, general and inclusive of everyone. The amazing thing about this style of training is that it doesn't specialize, it's speciality is not specializing. This means that as a participant you can get good at doing more things rather than being the best at just one. Those people who specialize although getting great at one particular sport usually struggle with tasks in daily life

The CrossFit Training program is designed for everyone and can be scaled to meet the requirements of everyone regardless of age or experience. Weuse the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters. Our trainers scale the workout with the use of load and intensity; they don’t change the program.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our granny or grandad differ only by degree not kind. The skiers, MMA fighters, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
