We have created a healthy eating plan that will blast your excess fat and reshape your body. It’s not a faddy or gimmicky plan just a simple easy to follow guide that clearly sets out exactly what you can and cant eat over the 4 weeks.
The Flat Tum Detox Bootcamp workouts are all based on the original exercises and teachings of Joseph Pilates but bought bang up to date with Functional Training exercises and Tabata style Pilates workouts.
The workouts will tone and streamline your body, enhance posture, flatten your stomach and strengthen your back without intensive stress and strains on the body.
Don't worry if you have never attended a Pilates class as Bootcamp Leader Jane will progress you through the Pilates exercises and workouts ensuing you get the results you want!
Flat Tum Detox Bootcamp is suitable for total beginners and those new to exercise and Pilates, or those of you who are just not achieving the results you want from your current exercise/diet programme - all ages and fitness abilities are all very welcome.
For four weeks Jane will be your personal trainer and will email you the healthy eating information, recipe suggestions, motivational and educational information telling you what to do and what to eat, there’s no starvation just the best nutritional foods to rev up your metabolism.
When you sign up for the Flat Tum Detox Bootcamp you have to attend 2 x Fitness Pilates Bootcamp fitness classes per week which will run at 1030 every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning 8 November 2011 for 4 weeks and follow the diet plan.
Cost is only £90 per person, or if two of you book on together it will be £60 per person. For this you will get for 4 weeks:
- 2 x 1 hour Fitness Pilates small group training sessions per week with a Qualified Fitness Pilates Trainer
- nutrition plan
- a fat-busting exercise booster session written for you to do at home to boost your results (no equipment required)
- regular contact from your Bootcamp Trainer to keep you motivated
Well-FIt Flat Tum Detox Bootcamp take place at Well-Fit Studios and you must book in advance for the full 4 weeks. The camp is open to everyone who is serious about losing weight and wants to become fitter and more healthy.
It doesn’t matter if you have half a stone to lose or 3 then Bootcamp will teach you how to eat and exercise properly.
