After being in the marines for seven years and pushing his own body through commando training, Paul is bringing his passion for fitness to you. Paul offers personal training, group training, outdoor training and class training to suit any level of fitness.
Paul's expertise are fat loss, nutrition and weight managment, strength and conditioning training and boxing training.

Paul is a REPS level 3 Advanced Personal trainer and will help you reach your goals in fitness and fat loss in the fastest time possible.

In 2010 he is studying to become a strength and conditioning coach which will enable him to train athletes.

Paul can offer you 1 to 1 personal training, group training and outdoor training.
