Injury Rehab/Personal Training
If you have been injured or have an occupational or postural problem then you are probably already undergoing treatment of some sort with one of the Well-Fixed Sports Injury Specialist. If you are then the next plan of action would be to get you some injury rehabilitation exercise to enable you to get back to full fitness as soon as.
The Injury rehabilitation involves taking you through various functional movements which may be sports specific to enable you to return to your sport whilst ensuring you reduce the risk of the injury reoccurring.
If you have a postural problem which causes you pain you will undergo an assessment. The team will probably treat you and then refer on to a personal trainer who has the necessary skills to rectify the underlying problem. One of the in house Pilates or Yoga PT’s will be able to train you up to the level needed to be able to achieve a normal healthy pain free life.
The Chiropractor can also be very beneficial to those individuals with poor postural alignment and so a holistic approach is usually the best.
If however we feel for any reason we cannot treat you or improve your overall quality of life Well-Fit will refer you to consult your own GP.
Most of the time injuries can be treated and you can get on with being Well-Fit for life.
