Rachael Manning

Hi, my name is Rachel Manning. I became involved in the fitness industry almost 20 years ago (scary). After seeming to spend all my free time training and participating in classes, I decided to get qualified and make a career out of it, which I have been doing ever since. I began teaching abroad in the warmer climate of the Canaries and Spain before returning home. I have loads of experience teaching a wide variety of exercise classes to all ages and abilities including aqua, step, hi lo, conditioning, yoga, pilates, body pump, body combat, and spin. During this time, I have worked in most of the Birmingham and Bromsgrove health clubs and ran my own fitness studio in Birmingham for 5 years until my children came along, when I decided to get back to freelance classes and personal training, giving me more flexibility. I recently ran my first half marathon in a very respectable time. I really enjoyed this and aim to better that time in April at Stratford. I am passionate about my job and the importance of staying fit and healthy. I would like everyone to realise how good it is to feel fit. I love teaching classes and helping people improve their fitness and general well-being. My classes are enjoyable and effective, suitable for all levels, shapes, sizes and ages, from total beginner to much more advanced. I can push you to your own pace and limits.
