Which Class do you fancy?

We are really excited to be offering a wide variety of classes at our fab new well-fit. In addition to old favourites like, Well-Pumped, Well-Tuff and Bodycombat we have a range of different spin classes and several stretch classes including Iron Yoga and Bodybalance.

Use the menu on the left to decide which type of workout you are looking for - are you after a hard cardio workout? Prefer something more strength-based? Or perhaps you are looking to stretch?

Obviously, we think you should try them all, but some of the ones you should definitely have a go at include:

Begin to Spin

Where best to start getting to grips with our (EIGHT!) new spin classes than the Begin to Spin class which will get you started with the correct bike set-up, technique and posture.

Powerbox™

Although this class can be extremely cardiovascular it can be tailored to suit all individuals irrelevant of ability or age. This class does however improve motor skills and is therefore also mentally stimulating. This safe and effective group exercise training is designed for all levels of fitness (no beginner or advanced) and can be adapted to everyone's physical capabilities.

Bodybalance

Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

short circuits

Our fab new class using Powerbags, Kettlebells and Medicine Balls will demonstrate the way we use functional movements to work our way to fitness.

Bootcamp

We run various Bootcamps throughout the year each one with specific focus such as Bride's Bootcamp or Bikini Bootcamp. However, each one has the same aim which is to achieve inch loss, weight loss and reduced percentage of bodyfat by a unique holistic approach over a 4 week period. This includes a nutrition plan, high intensity strength exercises, cardio-vascular exercises together with a brilliant group spirit where we all encourage and support each other towards our individual goals.
