Well-Tuff PT
Our own unique style of hardcore training to get you burning fat, creating lean muscle and improving your cardio-vascular fitness - these PT sessions are tailored to your level of fitness so don't worry - you WILL be able to do it!
Flexibility PT
Constantly aching muscles? Tightness or tension? Difficulty in using your body effectively for everyday tasks? If so then flexibility PT is for you. You will quickly see improvementsin all these areas - why put it off any longer, call today!
Rehabilitation PT
If you have been injured or have an occupational or postural problem then you are probably already undergoing treatment of some sort- ideally with one of the Well-Fixed Sports Injury Specialists. If you are, then the next plan of action would be to get you some injury rehabilitation exercise to enable you to get back to full fitness as soon as.
The Injury rehabilitation involves taking you through various functional movements which may be sports specific to enable you to return to your sport whilst ensuring you reduce the risk of the injury reoccurring.
Group PT
Do you want Personal Training but feel you would do better if you were competing some of your mates? You get the same personalised sessions which are scaled to suit each member of the group so you all work to your maximum. Our Group PT sessions are enormously popular and very successful - if you don't a ready-made group then just let us know and we can usually put people with similar goals together in a group .... so you get to make new friends too!
Circus Skills PT
Now for something completely different to anything you will have done before! Spinning in the air on a hoop, climbing and acrobatics will have you amazingly fit in no time at all - how good do trapeze artists and gymnasts look ???
