Well we have a whole new array of classes including, six pack attack a swiss ball and medicine ball-based abdominal workout lasting 30 minutes that will tone your torso and give you a stronger back and core. The Well-Toned Workout for those of you out there that want to train those thighs, butts and belly and slip into the skinniest of jeans. Short Circuits which includes circuit training using all kinds of equipment for those of you who love circuits and love new bits of equipment to play with. If stretching
and strengthening is your bag then check out Iron Yoga its not just for girls, this yoga class will definitely stretch you in more ways than one. Then there is Spin,
Tour de Bromsgrove will do what it says on the tin its a class based around the local rides in and out of our gorgeous town. Spin us another ‘Phat’ one on a Friday night to
kick your weekend off to the best of starts, Vibe cycle for those who love to work out to awesome tunes and Begin to Spin for those of you new to spin or wishing to brush up
on your knowledge and spinning style.
